Todd Waltz
Mr. Todd Waltz serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Aemetis, Inc, a publicly traded renewable fuels company. Mr. Waltz served with increasing responsibility in a variety of senior financial management and business partner roles with Apple, Inc. in Cupertino, California. Prior to Apple, Mr. Waltz worked with Ernst & Young and Litton Industries. Mr. Waltz is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California. Mr. Waltz received his Bachelors Degree from Mount Union College in 1983, his MBA from Santa Clara University in 1997 and his Masters of Science in Taxation from San Jose State University in 2008.

Laird Cagan
Mr. Laird Q. Cagan is Managing Director and co-founder of Cagan McAfee Capital Partners, LLC (CMCP) a merchant bank in Cupertino, California. CMCP has founded, funded and taken public 10 companies in a variety of industries including energy, computing, healthcare, and environmental. CMCP has helped raise over $500 million for these companies, which achieved a combined market capitalization of over $2 billion. Mr. Cagan was the Founder/Chairman of Evolution Petroleum Corporation (AMEX: EPM), a company he founded to develop mature oil & gas fields with advanced technologies, and he is a former director of American Ethanol (AEB) and Pacific Asia Petroleum (PAP).

Mr. Cagan previously worked for two of the largest private investment banks in the world, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Drexel Burnham Lambert. While at Goldman, Sachs & Co., he worked on merger and acquisition transactions. At Drexel Burnham Lambert, Mr. Cagan worked on merger and LBO transactions with 200 of the most active corporate and financial buyers in the United States and Europe. In all, he was involved in over 30 transaction valued at more than $15 billion, bankruptcy work-out transactions of more than $2 billion, and a variety of equity, high-yield bond and senior debt financings.

Mr. Cagan attended MIT. and received a BS, MS and MBA from Stanford University. He is also a graduate of the UCLA Director's Training Program. As a Registered Representative of Colorado Financial Service Corporation (Member FINRA/SIPC), Mr. Cagan holds Series 7, 24 and 63 Securities Licenses. Andy Andersen
Andy is the Founding Partner at Passantino Andersen Communications, LLC, a strategic communications firm with offices in Central and Southern California. Since 2000, he has led scores of successful stakeholder education programs, helping entitle more than $1 billion in retail, residential and energy projects. His experience includes research, message development, grassroots advocacy, and coalition building for global retailers, national homebuilders and international energy companies. A noted expert in the field of land-use public affairs, his views on the subject have been published in Builder and Developer Magazine, The CleanTech Group News and other publications. Andy also served as a senior advisor to elected leaders in both houses of the California Legislature; directing state-wide public affairs campaigns to influence passage of legislation and managing external communications for numerous state lawmakers. A decorated U.S. Navy veteran, his military experience includes maritime patrol operations in the Persian Gulf, counter-intelligence operations against the former Soviet Union and drug interdiction operations in South America.

Andrew Paterson
Mr. Paterson has been working with state and federal agencies, investor groups and engineering firms active in the energy and power sectors and other technology arenas for more than two decades. Mr. Paterson has worked on Policy Options and Incentives Analysis for a variety of energy sectors and power projects and technologies for the U.S Department of Energy (DOE) and private project developers, analyzing commercial risk and market trends. Mr. Paterson was an integral contributor to the EPA-NACEPT Venture Capital Report for Environmental Technologies in 2008, and served as a financial and industry analyst for the DOE Loan Guarantee Program in 2005-06.

Paul Dickerson
Mr. Dickerson, JD, CPA, an attorney and investment banker, is a recognized leader and sought-after speaker on all matters related to energy. He practices law with Mintz Levin’s Corporate & Securities Section in Boston, while also working as a Managing Director for the investment bank of WoodRock & Co. in Houston. He served as Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, overseeing a $2 billion annual budget while managing the international commercialization of advanced energy solutions like bio-fuels, solar, wind, and efficiency technologies. He also served as Chief of Staff for the Foreign Commercial Service at the U.S. Department of Commerce, where he managed a worldwide network of 1,700 employees in 260 offices. A CPA with licenses under FINRA, Mr. Dickerson frequently appears on the media circuit discussing energy, investing, politics, business, private equity, and international trade.
